/* byggsteg - the Lucida faces of the console, served by the deployment itself.

The console is read in Lucida Sans where a reader's system has it -- the
family is first in the `font-sans' stack of byggsteg.olive.min.css -- and
this sheet is what gives that stack the files, so a reader who does not have
Lucida installed still reads the console in it.

Lucida is proprietary (Bigelow & Holmes) and these files are not byggsteg's
to give away, which is why they are not part of the source: a deployment
   fetches its own copies into `pub/fonts/lucida' -- `maak lucida-fonts' -- and
serves them from its own host, exactly as it serves every other resource of
its console. See "On Lucida fonts" in the manual for what that means for
   anyone running this.

The addresses below are relative to this sheet (`../fonts/lucida/') rather
than absolute, so the sheet and the files it names are served from the same
place: a deployment that keeps its assets on another host (see
`BYGGSTEG_ASSET_URL') moves the two together, and one that serves its own
files asks nobody else for anything.

A deployment that may not serve these faces sets `BYGGSTEG_LUCIDA_FONT_URL'
   to the empty string, and no page of its console asks for this sheet at all;
the stack then falls back to the bundled Plus Jakarta Sans.

`font-display: swap' is the policy of the console's other sheet
(`fonts.css'): text is read in the fallback while a face is on its way
rather than held invisible, and every face here is one the reader's system
may already have. Only the faces of the families this console names are
declared: a family nothing sets in is a file nobody fetches. */
